General Policy

At ProlificSMM, we strive to deliver 100% satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our services:

Eligible Cases

Qualifies When:

  • Service not delivered within 72 hours
  • Technical errors from our system
  • Duplicate payments

Doesn't Qualify:

  • Changed your mind after ordering
  • Account suspension by social platforms
  • Partial delivery (e.g., received 900/1000 followers)

Refund Process

  1. Submit a ticket within 7 days of order failure
  2. Include order ID and payment proof
  3. We'll investigate and respond within 48 hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed to original payment method within 5 business days
Note: Bank/UPI refunds may take 7-10 additional days to reflect in your account.
